South Korea Tourist Visa for Pakistani passport

This blog is based on how to get a Korea visa from Pakistan or a South Korean tourist visa for a Pakistani passport from Pakistan. South Korea is officially called the Republic of Korea.

It is a country in East Asia on the southern part of the Korean Peninsula, sharing a land border with highly militarized boundaries with North Korea. South Korea is recognized for its green, hilly countryside with cherry trees, old Buddhist temples, seaside fishing villages, Islands, and high-tech cities such as Seoul.

The capital city name is Seoul, and its currency name is Korean Won (KRW).

For TOURIST VISA

The following are the basic requirements for applying for a visa to the South Korean Embassy, Islamabad, Pakistan

Visa Information for Pakistani Nationals

* Pakistani passport holders who have an ordinary passport need a visa to enter the Republic of Korea
* Diplomatic and Official passport holders are exempt from visas for staying less than 90 days in the Republic of Korea. It means Diplomatic and Official passport holders have visa-free entry for 90 days.

South Korea gives a short-term visit visa for Pakistani passport holders for Tourism.

Short-Term Visit Visa (C-3-1)

All applicants are requested to submit the following documents:

• Passport – must be valid for at least 6 months
• 01 visa application form – duly filled by the applicant
• 01 Photograph – latest passport-size colored photograph
• Letter of Invitation from Korea
• Guarantee Letter from Korea Official  – The guarantee form can be downloaded from the Korean Immigration Official website. 
• Copies of Alien Registration Certificate or  Visa (in case the inviter is a Pakistani National)
• Other documents explaining the purpose of the entry.
